must provide a judge for every team entered. A judge has to be a Head Coach, an
assistant parliamentary debate coach, or any adult high school graduate with
former debate experience approved by a tournament director.)

case a qualified team drops out after the entry deadline. Alternate teams will
have their fees and judging requirement waived. Alternate teams which get in by
