National Supplemental Debate Begins!
In what will undoubtedly be the last debate tournament for many of our favorite Seniors (such as Sam Gardner)…National Supplemental Debate starts tomorrow.
Supplemental Debate is similar to Parliamentary Debate, but it’s shorter and one-on-one. Obviously, it is inferior to California’s signature style of debate, but at Nationals, you take what you can get.
The Honorable Sam Gardner will be reporting from Nationals. Probably.
Last year’s champion, Tejus Pradeep from Ridge High School, is still competing in Public Forum and will not defend his title as Champion of the Supplement.

. Dan and Pat got out at around round 5 which is still pretty legit so props to them. Ben couldn’t compete because he was busy “thinking of the children” in congress sems.
