The exhausted champions
After a grueling 1:49 AM finish, the Mountain View Los Altos team of Rylan Schaeffer and Akshay Shrivastav prevailed against Windsor’s Peter Jeffrey and Mariah Steiger in a 3-0 decision. On the resolution “The USFG should reform the federal prison system,” MVLA affirmed while Windsor negated. MVLA was top seed going into elims, and finished the tourney with an undefeated record.
MVLA’s head coaches are Dr. Sharon Moerner and Karen Keefer. Their parli coach is Armand Domalewski.
Windsor is coached by Bryan St. Amant.
