		<description>Windsor advertises itself as a warm-up for squals, so it would make sense that they have in February. I do agree, however, that if it was held circa October and maybe added sems or a fifth prelim, it would have a much larger and more diverse draw. I am personally a fan of BACDL/CFL squals format, with 4-5 prelims and then breaking 8 or so teams and having 4 final rounds.</description>
