Good News for Soon-to-Be College Debaters
For a number of Great Debaters entering their senior year, college apps are just a few months away. Many will want to continue debating in college. Those are in luck because
1) in college, parli is the most popular type of debate
2) many colleges fund their debate teams, so you will no longer have to pay for tournaments.
When deciding which colleges to apply to be sure to check out the Council of Forensic Organizations. It contains, among other things, a list of all college debate programs in the United States and the various debate leagues they participate in.
